The Search Death and heaven have been the subjects of a long search and diverse findings. The seventeenth-century lens grinder in Holland and the twentieth-century teacher from India have made these reports: As there is something which is conceived by a certain eternal necessity through the very essence of God; this something, which appertains to the essence of the mind, will necessarily be eternal. Those are far astray from a true estimate of virtue who expect for their virtue, as if it were the greatest slavery, that God will adorn them with the greatest rewards; as if virtue and the serving of God were not happiness itself and the greatest liberty. -- Benedict de Spinoza Do you know what it means to die, not physically, but psychologically, inwardly?
